Proline provides rental management for local and absentee owners. Services include:
- Liaison with the tenants and owner to ensure the smooth operation of the building.
- Co-ordination of all repairs and maintenance.
- Assist with major capital projects.
- All accounting functions including monthly reporting, accounting for triple-net costs, GST remittance, calculation of input tax credits.
- Lease administration.
- Lease renewal and negotiation.
- We work with a variety of leasing agents and are able to provide management only services to allow the property owner to use other leasing agents if they wish. With Proline it does not have to be an all or nothing situation.
